Rental Unit Repaint

This project involved a full interior repaint of a rental unit in Gisborne, completed between tenants to freshen the space and get it ready for the next lease.

The unit had general wear and tear from previous occupants, so the first step was careful prep work: patching small dents, tidying up tired areas, and giving all surfaces a proper clean-down before painting. Once the walls were ready, Isaac applied fresh, neutral tones throughout the interior using quality Resene products to create a clean, bright, and low-maintenance finish ideal for rental living.

The updated paintwork instantly lifted the unit, making it feel lighter, more modern, and well-presented for incoming tenants. This type of repaint not only improves the look of the property but also helps maintain its long-term condition.
